Search function in village tab

The kinlist already has it. It's a pain in the ass for lawspeakers to scroll the whole list in order to change someone's permissions.

Edit: Also, the same way when you see a hearthling from the same village/realm you see a little banner next to his name, it would be nice if this banner appeared over hearthfires too.
