It should be innocuous, but still stupid-sounding, defying reason. But maybe not everything should kill you? Maybe some of it should give you a tummy-ache if eaten for instance, giving more use to the yarrow herb. And the wound should be spesific to the type of injury, with a flavor text reflecting how stupid it was to, I don't know, "giddyup!" an aurochs. Or as mentioned earlier, drinking tar.
