More use for different feather types

With the new magpie nests, the world garbage bank is going to be flooded with magpie feathers, as they're pretty much useless (bad curio, low Q compared to chicken). Quail and Ptarmigan are quite similar. Maybe there could be some unique recipes for them, for example a fishing lure?

wouldn't be opposed to an edgy, black-feather cape or some unique lures and gildings tbh

Edgy cape please; a nice opportunity for newbies to get capes before having to beat up bats

Would love to see some more uses for fine feathers. Hell even some more uses for chicken feathers would be neat, we produce way too many.
Just so you know, straw cape is a thing. No need to kill any animal for that, quite noob-friendly.

Something better for newbies than a farming gild. 
Plus, bat cape ends up being faster (early on) than getting enough crops going to use on a straw cape.
