how about make it easier Image lose "half" after 20 impossible quests are very bad

also it sometimes too hard

All of the posted quests have at least one easy option, but maybe seasonality could be considered more.

Just make a numen bot that has access to all items in the game and it becomes easy.

I don't think that you should be able to have all of the numen items available. As some people said earlier, there were some quite easy options as well.
