More like, that's how Google took over the web. Chromium-based browsers have an over 75% market share and as such Google dictates the standards for the web nowadays. Funny. I've flagged the Seatribe cert as reliable in Firefox, and I've not had any issues.

Agree it's a Google issue. No one corporation or other entity should dictate this much of network standardization. Much like a dwindling gene pool, it leads to aberrations that are extremely dangerous to the survival of the body.
