I think the change would be a good thing. But other than that I don't care if the dev's will do it or not.

I also think its better to use no additional reasoning for a given change, than obvious bad/flawed/selfish ones.
(But than again, your right. Why bother, as the majorette of the brains seem to work that way by default.)

I have never even noticed the problem you guys are talking about tbh so I am going to go ahead and say I am militantly against the change in hopes that the discussion continues more

I've definitely noticed that houses rotate your camera kinda weirdly, but it's never been enough of an issue that I could say how it exactly it even does.

You can rotate houses to any rotation so there is really no good solution.
...Other than object controlled objects of course, where you could just walk into the house while still persisting in the world, but inside of the house now.

Mmm. What is actually going on.

- After entering West-facing house. HL now facing West, and door is on other side (East wall). (180 rotation)
- After entering East-facing house. HL now facing West, and door is on same side (East wall). (0 rotation)
- (only got those 2, but the behavior seems clear)
- North and South facing house should give 90 and 270 rotations.

Just rotating all interiors by 90 degree seems to just ... rotate the problem.
(Why would one fixed direction be any better than a other one!)

Come to think of it. Linking the interiors to the way the house is facing ... assumes all house are always facing due NESW.
That's not the case. Not a big problem ... except for that 45 degree case (although, that one could be randomized just for the fun of it).

It seems to me its actually a none solvable problem.
(The point of view of the camera is already maintained while entering/exiting houses)

... I need more houses facing in other directions. lol
