[BUG?] Second row of buffs has no tooltip

Jorbtar, I think when you updated the graphics on the Drink and Be Merry buff, you forgot to remove the old one. I have two.

The new one has the white bar that fills up, but no tooltip.
The old one has the mouseover tooltip.



Edit: or maybe these are entirely different buffs? Still confused about not having a tooltip on the 2nd one.

The second+ row of buffs doesn't have tooltips, it's a bug that's been around since the dawn of hafen afaik. Both of those buffs existing is intended, tho
