Imo there needs to be a readjustment of the stamina costs for most things. Some simple things take a ridiculous amount of stamina to build compared to building/extending a palisade where you put in way more materials.
building, crafting, terraforming, all those things can be reduced in stamina cost then we don't need to have random food implemented to gain more energy. for fighting idk, seems logical that you want to get away quickly and efficiently without starving when you are a few mins from your base when you get chased, on the other hand I think it makes sense that you are not totally fine after you run around for 3-4 hours fighting/ sieging, should be somewhat of an investment.
the only way to get ok on my hunger meter was to create alts (crafter and miner) and also make them slaves on notice.
So my take is that we'll be better off if stamina costs would be reduced in general.
Regarding bots, I have no clue, if you punish them you automatically punish everyone else for using a lot of energy/ stamina. There would only be timegates for example in a 100x100 area you could only terraform 50 tiles per day or something but that sucks. I have no clue. Maybe some more wounds.
