connectable kitchen structure

a Kitchen structure would provide connections to other source structures(cistern, house, containers...)

it's kinda magical but would make food production maybe fun? right now you have to walk a mile to make something, you endup making the easiest fastest thing around

problem is same concept could be applied to medicine, curios, etc...

Other solution is to plan your place properly.
Wengdalf, gurbibal master, drunken hunter, the thief of Constantinopol, he who never died of man`s hand, son of Severin, grandson of Yozz, Yozzik. Also an owl.

P.S. More nice hats please!

yea, but I was thinking a structure that skips the "buy into inventory" stage

kitchen structure would provide multiple connections to barrels, buildings, stockpiles, once you setup connections the variety of products could be a "nice thing"

In my understanding of Object-Controlled-Objects, this is a potential future. Rather than a Hearthling initiating all object-actions, objects themselves can interact with other objects. This particular example is complicated due to variable ingredients, it might require an entire interface in order to select between available flours, for example. But it may be possible to establish a "network" of related structures to enable different benefits.
