Why do we eat all of the sausages raw? We don't eat the baked goods raw. Only wieners. Why raw dog?

Imo the only sausage you can make should be a raw dog and according to the materials you put in it turns into the related smoked version that we know atm.

So you are basically taking your deer meat with some chives and go do some raw dogging, when you come back and smoke it it turns into smoked delicious deer dog !
