How about every time you successfully defeat something/someone/somethey, you gain a relevant amount of UA/MC/MM (depending on how you fought and what weapons you were using). Like some value from 0.1 to 1. Would make fighting not seem boring and actually rewarding.
Could be applied to the rest of the skills as well. Every time you craft/do something related to Exploration or any other skill, you have a % chance gaining a significant amount of bonus skill point. This way you can help the grinders and casuals alike, although this will benefit who does most.
If you're worried about the potential of overusing this mechanic, it can be easily alleviated by putting a certain buff on a character that has done the same shit for a week in real time (forgot where this idea came from, but essentially it forces your character to depression because you're doing the same stuff over and over again. I'm pretty sure that idea originates in this forum.)
