Butchers table

I think its time that havenians get better technology on skinning and processing there kills.

With a Butchers table and/or bench you would be able to better process your kills to increase the chances of getting certain items IE: claws, tusks.
Maybe more meat, or guts even more intestines.

this could be tied to the survival ability or its own.
Soft caps and hard caps can include Strength, dexterity and perception pending on what you are going for.

Strength could be for getting better bone drops

Dexterity could be for getting more meat or intestines

Perception would be to mash up all that good stuff and turn it into guts or its own item entirely.

what about butcher table where you place animals like in a snekk, you click "butcher" and bum, in separated window you have meat, bones, skins and others

butchers table in such case should be expensive to make, so we can still enjoy early world butchering chore

It would hinder it by making it obsolete. It would hinder it by making it so bad comparatively that it's unthinkable and unacceptable to do it any other way. That's how these things happen, doesn't matter if the old way stays.

That, OR, it'll make such an insigificant change that it's irrelevant, ignored, and dead content upon arrival.

Either way, none of this adds much to the game and the devs seem quite deliberate with the yields as-is from some balance perspective or another. Just a middle man in a process. Have you ever gone on wagon/knarr trips and had hundreds of corpses to butcher? Because doing a song and dance with a meme table and getting my crafter/character made for this purpose to do it is a lot more annoying than just putting on the funny axe and right clicking the animal.

bad idea

however having a butchering table that you can put animals into and has an internal storage for butchered goods is pretty nice. just something to help with the inventory jank; i.e you can place up to 10 corpses inside and the internal storage is around the size of a cupboard, or maybe slightly larger if the table itself occupies a large space

There was discussion about improving the butchering process as it's currently quite painful when animals are farmed at mechanically optimal amounts (you need a lot of breeding rolls to improve the male in the many different aspects you need to magically roll right).

A butchering table as a method of doing that could work, not how it's suggested though. More products isn't the reason you need tons of animals though, it's for the breeding rolls. So boosting product output/corpse isn't solving that. Arguably this is all a problem because animals have too many breeding stats.
