Build with some logs and its quality would be depend on the wood's quality, carpentry and farming.
If mushrooms are grown in the cellar, they wouldn't be affected by the season.
Grind mushrooms collected from the woods and water together and apply them to logs.
Mushrooms usually need to be hydrated before harvesting, so farmer should make sure that the air has become evenly humid.

Been discussed previously, as it kills foraging that's not acceptable to implement.

You can also grow some of the mushrooms in garden pots.

Also going to note some similar discussions in the past on underground mushroom/fungus farming similar to Dwarf Fortress.

Obviously you could not farm ALL mushrooms. There would be few species that could be grown in captivity mostly for larp reasons and then toadtools, boletes etc. would have to be collected from forest.

I would like for people to be able to live completely independently underground without surface access so underground crops would be kinda bussin. Even if they're fantasy mosses and fungi.
