Make all "on" toggles visible as buffs

Right-click icon for tracking/swimming/criminal acts -> toggle off.

If you want to be fancy, add separate row for toggle buffs.

Yeah, I agree ... if not buff .... an icon somewhere showing if it's on or not and clickable.

Derp. Tracking, Swimming, and Criminal Acts are, but "Party Permissions" isn't.

Point about toggling them off by right-cliking the buff icons still stands.

I swear I've seen a little symbol with 3 guys in it when party perms on...

Might be a custom client thing I guess.
