Would be cool if the sit emote had a bit of a cast time and afterward you could regain stamina. Maybe a cooldown to get up or something.

Honestly, even just let us regain stamina by sitting in a chair. That way you don't have to run back/forth from the well or river whenever you're doing work around the house
