Show question marks in build/craft menus

When you're only missing one thing. Example: you've discovered boards and blocks, instead of "Cart" simply not showing up, you have box with "?" in the "Vehicles and Moveables" -menu. Hovering over it says "requires Wheelwrighting."

+1 could also resolve the problem i have with shortcuts and positions of options swaping with new discoverys

big +1, would go a long way in actually reducing the opacity of gameplay for new players that havent yet learned to keep a wiki tab open constantly.
