Village Building: Alarm Trap

A small effigy that can be built on village claims; If a hearthling, not of the village, enters the radius of the alarm a message to the village chat will ping. Once the alarm is triggered it will need to be refueled with A Beautiful Dream! The message can set after the trap is built, much like a rune stone. Placing A Beautiful Dream! onto the alarm will activate it for a duration (some function of [village power level * haven days])
