But other than that. ... The video raises more questions than actually being proof of the supposed concept.

I've noticed this happening when you move from forest terrain to grassland terrain.
If anybody sees this happening when moving from grassland to forest, please report here.)
(Grasslands as in any 4-speed non-mud/stone terrain, not just "grass" tiles.)

Although this makes the most sense to me. I have tried that in a short test but could not reproduce the problem (on horse, included delaying the (full) cart a bit).
Based on the video it should not be that hard to reproduce. Ergo: Some crucial unknown seems to be still missing in this.
... Hmm. Probably need to setup some testing trail for this. (when I got the time for it)

Happened with following conditions:
*Horse was used to pull cart
*Terrain transition was Grassland->Mountain

Loftar my friend you should add some logging when the cart detaches and it would be perfect if you could include in logs if the cart detached because hitting a hitbox or player did it by himself if that is easily possible, maybe that will give you a hint on why this happens. Maybe it is some server sync issue the cart gets stuck on the player's hitbox or the horse's hitbox if the puller is on a horse.
