Better Icon Settings GUI

Hi first let me say I played Salem like 5 years ago maybe more I can't even tell for sure how long ago it was and have been having a much better time with Haven and Hearth so congrats on how much better this looks in comparison.

I have however felt the icon management to be a little lacking so I though of some iterative improvements that would make our quality of lives several degrees better:
- Add some sort of on/of toggles or a triple state toggle to show all icons, enabled, disabled and all icons
- Add filter toggles for stuff like: animals, trees, plants, etc
- Allow us to create named "profiles" of icon settings, simple drop down of pre saved profiles we can pick from (maybe a button to delete the currently selected one) and a save button to save the current settings as a new profile.
