Cursor at top-left item/icon corner == BAD

Change the cases where the darn game-cursor is positioned at the very top-left corner of the picked-up item. (like from hand-slots)

Put it anywhere you like, ... as long as its 1/4 away from any of those darn four corners. (Nooo. Don't randomize it.)

(or make the inventory gfx padding Non-Click-Through for the cursor.)
