Add information about server status, not every player visits this forum or watch havenandhearth domain, it's suggestion mostly for new steam players

Custom clients already have this, but they would also benefit from having that feature "out-of-the-box", standardized, and maybe even optimized a bit. (Not sure if custom clients calling server status adds significant load to anything important.)
