Allow filling jars from buckets

Allow jars to be able to contain what buckets can, e.g. tar, tree sap, etc and allow us to fill said jars from buckets.

Yeah I hate the way jars work right now. They need to be adjusted.

Also we should be able to make glass vials and beakers that act like bigger jars (to put our potions in. :D )
