We already have the big ice blocks, it would be pretty cute if you could do a runestone-style craft on them that produced a random ice-model of an animal, or a hearthling, or a dryad, or something that melts in the spring

Do not forget the sculptures we already have: rubberbanding statue, treaty signing statue and others. Just change the texture to ice and voila!
