If your domestic horse gets locked into a ritualistic fight to the death with the bear you're hunting, or a friend who misclicked your horse in a dungeon, you should be able to whistle at them to force them into peace.

Just a suggestion, horses shouldn't chase bears and if they do you should be able to stop them before they get knocked tf out
