Make encumbered roasts great

Encumbered roasts suck. They are just a bad recipe that takes cucumbers (man trellis suck) and AT BEST is an okay finisher when made from something abundant like mammoth with minmal variety. Pickled cucumbers? Add dex+1.

Add a spice to encumbered roasts, make it have some variety in recipes, maybe stacking the spice with pickled cucumber could actually make something good. Also who wouldn't add some spice to a piece of meat and a goddamn cucumber, like bro, learn how to cook.

why is there a meat dish out there that doesnt have a spice option at this point? I dont eat 'plain' meat i at least use salt on my steak! some A1 Sauce!
