Lower cooldown on ghosting ability

i think the ability for the devs to entirely ghost the entire community is a bit on the stronger side but instead of nerfing the effect maybe you could adjust it so it has a longer cooldown, that way instead of just stacking the buff so that when it expires they can recast it, they're at least forced to interact with the community during a small timeframe, perhaps once a month (or week but that might be asking for too much).

imho the current state of it makes it very non interactable which is pretty unfair for player-centric builds

also maybe controversial but the ghosting ability shouldn't also stall patch timers

rename the "passion project" spell to just "project", cause I can't see the passion

If this project is a child of passion then it has grown old enough to move out of its gay parent basement.

Why would they need to interact with community in the first place?

Yes, devs have a single passion to talk to you all bc there is nothing more important in their life. Devs - pls ... talk to lonely net citizens :D
