Add "Lock" to land survey menu

Add a lock feature to land survey menu, so that clicking around doesn't select tile corners and change the height of the survey. Makes it a little easier to click wherever to walk around, interface addition. Unlocking in the menu would just allow one to change height again.

Damn I didn't know it's custom client feature, well done it makes surveying way less painful

Yeah this thing needs a lock button like crazy, you have to be SO careful moving to not fuck it up
