- Land Survey: add a few things~ UI like CAD functions

The Land survey needs some changes to make it a little better then what it is, currently a few hotkeys and maybe a [?] for the hotkeys that can be used.

Current style: Ground level

#1 Suggestion: Add lines amoung the dots
Selecting a line allows you to interact with dots on that line at once.

#2 Interaction with a dot or line or sqaure: Highlight the dot or the line or square as the current editing.

#3 Add buttons for more (better) interactions:
- Lower: lowers the point by 0.1 (these are for users with disability's or trouble mouse dragging)
- Raise: raises the point by 0.1 (these are for users with disability's or trouble mouse dragging)
- Lowest to the lowest point: lowing the line or point equal to the lowest point selected in all dots
- Highest to the highest point: Raise the line or point equal to the highest point selected in all dots

- Center between: Centers the line or point between the highest and lowest
- Flatten: flattens out the line or sqaure so that they're the same.
- Slope all: will take the 2 lowest point and the 2 highest point and make the field into a slope. If 3 points are the same place it will give a warning to lower one point
- Lock: locks the point or line in place so that it does not move (regardless of button press a small lock should be on the point)

-Select all (I know this is already a toggle): select all points

#4 add a [?] in the top nextto the [x] for any info of hotkeys or toggle information that might be hidden (they should be buttons to be honest)

A lock button that makes the gridpoints unclickable and click-transparent would help with a lot of the current complaints. Bringing back the elevation slider would also help some people who can't figure out the current system.

this feels like something for the custom clients crowd more than for the actual game (I do want it tho)

The problem with not having a slider is not really that users don't get it as some point. Its that you need to zoom-in to have better fine-grained height control. While you also need to zoom out again to view the whole thing for larger survey's.

The problem with a slider is that it needs some range/boundary limitations. (the new system has no need for that, it just depends on you mouse up/down movement. Ergo: The slider was ditched.)
Simple Up & Down buttons would help better for fine-height control (whole survey), independent of current zoom levels, than re-adding a height slider.

Having additional Shift, Ctrl, Alt support to control the Mouse-movement vs Height-change ratio comes to mind too.

A lock button would be nice.

Nicer seems if the survey locks by default, and allows height adjusting while Shift/Ctrl/Alt is pressed. (No need to keep clicking some button to lock/unlock the survey.)
A [?] help button on the survey window itself seem not unimportant. (some help-window only accessible trough the game-menu will not cut it.)

Survey grid-lines: Absolutely yes.

Could potentially (also) use some (stepped) coloring based on the line angle/height difference. Could make making nice smooth slopes a way nicer exercise. The transparent survey-area overlay coloring is to fine-grained for that.
