Need leaf, but it's winter, devs insert 1 tree with leaves

There should be at least 1 tree in winter which has leaves (insert some magical tree stuff devs) or foragable with very low per x exp like dried up cold winter leaf or something (the ones that fall down in autumn, but let's stay it stuck around in winter which appears on any forest and grassland terrain or something.

Oak, Hornbeam, and Beech trees keep their dead leaves in winter (marcescence) so arguably they should have their own harvestable leaves added in the form of regular leaves and dead leaves in winter.

Yea...but that's a local resource that's completely unaffected by seasonality.

If we wanna get really pedantic Kelp and Dusk Ferns are considered a leaf too and can be harvested all year round, but obviously has nothing to do with tree leaves.
