It should be a crime to aggro branded animals, I'd not say it was rage level but, the only logical level with what we have would be "rage" to and turning criminals acts to aggro someone's animal.

I'm surprised it's not a thing, branding is clearly a mechanic to make animal exclusive for you, thus any unsanctioned interaction must be a crime.
