Critique: Spawn rate of new birb

I've been many times on badlands and I've never seen new birb. The requirement to have alt which refresh grid every 15 min to find a new implemented birb sux a bit.

If I didn't read about it on forum, I would be sure new biome is just empty place without any content.

I didn't even have a chance to experience joy of discovery

It's not necessary flying in your direction when spawned, thus harder to see.
But idk I see one every second time I visit badlands, it also spawns eagles and owls as far as I understand.

It didn't spawn eagle or owl for me. I am 100% sure because client has sound notification.

Maybe I am just unlucky but considering I've spawned mammoth during first 3 min on mountains, new birb should be more common.

My experience living around some badlands has been seeing vastly more owls, then eagles, then goshawks. Something like 4 or 5:2:1.
