Strategic Map Desk

Postby Händler » Sat Feb 28, 2026 11:37 pm

A desk that, when accessed, will open up a map view of the world map with the same fog of war being applied, but wherein all provinces are shown neatly distinguished not by a color, but by the flag/banner used for the realm and the view shows the currently active realms that own the provinces, unlike the minimap which has to be locally updated by moving to the area to update the map view.

This way realm leaders can quickly get a strategic overview of the current realms over all discovered territory relevant for war.

Agree that a strategic/political map in one form or another would prolly be useful!

Default client has no way to directly show the size and shape of a vclaim, without a in-person survey of the entire thing.

Signed, "someone who lived in a village founded on the ruins of an old one, that got raided because leadership started demolishing/replacing an inner wall without properly checking if the new outer wall was entirely claimed."
