Animal migration

In the spirit of not fixing stuff we've been complaining about for years, but rather making it worse (Steel Fuel running out, 1.5x speed now), here's my suggestion:

Make every animal migrate, like quality nodes. Make them migrate across continents even. I want 0 deers on my continent sometimes. The whole continent!
