I feel love should be in the air during Spring time. Which can just be caught by hand.

An offensive item that can be used on your opponent to force them to de-aggro anything they are currently in combat with and give them a buff that keeps them from aggroing and being aggroed by anyone for the time of the duration of a few seconds.
