Let us use tokens on a building to increase the size of its ground floor by one row and column.
We can do it to containers with sketch pages why not buildings too.
After collecting a certain amount of tokens they become useless. This will add another convenience bonus to the token and make it useful even after you collected enough to last you next 10 years.
