Give us a Red Restoration by default

Love the rage change, but I have found that basically its making no difference because right now its "They don't have Red Restorations so its a free kill", and I want to remove the rush to get Red Combat Moves or Red Restorations its feels like a gate for no purpose and its annoying to just have to constantly be concerned about. It shouldn't be better then anything that we can discovery but it should allow people to reduce red openings while running away overwise its just over for anyone who decides to fight without red restorations.

And when I mean give it to us, I mean now, like today, get it in.
