War Paint - early game option for the 2R (Eyes) slot.

As usual, title, basically. Was looking at my equipment and realized that I have nothing to put in that slot till we have anvil. Can be made with pigments (which can have variable results but is not necessary), charcoal, clay (?) and whatnot. Probably can provide small UA bonus.

I've also considered suggesting snow goggles but it feels a bit weird considering the world always starts in the summer. (This is could be solved by implementing continents/biomes with permanent winter, such as this based Iceberg idea https://www.havenandhearth.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=80372).
