New Gild - Perception

So there is an item like Cave Angler Cape and it's for perception gildings...
But..
There are none of those..
So how about add something? >.>

Jorb will probably never read it so I cannot put a lot of effort into this but if I'm wrong just give me a sign, I will come up with something specific and fun.

I think it could be some sort of a light based things, like:
irlighted glass (from glass+irlight)
Sunflower broch (from 1x cave angler light; 8x lamp stalks; 1x string)
Owleagle eye like a gild (after brine or tanning maybe, dont know)
