Why no-one actually checks inside the client? There's menu item with big + with some actions and global keybinding list - both are good starting source of info about available actions. And then there's the rest of options screen - 90% of stuff in the client can be seen in at least one of those places.
Because it's a lot of work. Maybe the list with a short explanation of what the client can do - and where to find it, on the very first page of this topic would help elevate this problem, at least a little.
I don't know what's so hard about checking the settings in game, all you have to do is read. Also this was literally one of the first few things I did locate

After sitting through and studying all the options , and trying them out , after around 3 hours or so i was done. It is not easy, and most people will give up after around 15 minutes.
I use Ender for a bit over two weeks now and i am still not used to it, i think the menu is too complicated and could use some rework to ease the navigation. (For example, why widget shortcuts and global shortcuts are not in the same menu called just "Keybinds" or "Shortcuts" ? In Widget Shortcuts you have sub-categories like "Walking speed" "Map window" etc, General keybinds would be easier to navigate if it had that too.)
