As you can see on mouse overing it says "female silkmoth" but when catched is a male silkmoth. It will say "female" regardless of what is it, only catching it one can actually tell the sex.
a few more things ender related
1) i used it already like for a couple of days... but now i spent like 15 minutes search for it... but cant find the option to show the grid on screen (the small white grid for object placement, not the big one on the world maps) i kinda remember there was also a shortcut for it.... is there somewhere a table of all the Client shortcuts ?
2) there is an option to show wild animals actual aggro range? i turn on the highlight, witch is helpfull but thats not theiyr aggro range
3) this is a suggestion: Cinder show under each wounds the respective treatment, i think it would be a nice touch to Ender as well(the more the better imho)

Silkmoths:
It's my understanding that Silkmoth gender is unknown until they are caught. At that point the server does RNG and you get either male or female. Thus, if anything, it should simply say "Silkmoth" as the icon and nothing more. The likely issue is that the server side information that is relayed to our clients is feeding the information for the icon and there is, possibly, nothing that can be done about it. This is speculation.
1)
You're looking for CTRL+G. There are 2 locations to check for key binds in this client. I don't remember their names. Widgets and Keybinds maybe. If you hit CTRL+O for options they are on the lower left side of the menu that pops up.
2)
This is either in General or Combat. Again Options -> Upper Right Side of Menu
I just closed my client to prepare for bed so I don't know the exact specifics, but at least this might point you in the right direction. Maybe... Hopefully...
There are a bunch of other cool things you can do with key binds and automation stuff; so, my suggestion is to click on EVERYTHING and see what does what and how you can use it to better suit
your wants and needs.
Some things do not have any default key bind. Enders Examine is one of them. This is an extremely useful little thing when looking for a specific wood log in your wood stock area, assuming you have one. It's also useful to acclimate yourself with the flora around you. See something unfamiliar? Examine to know exactly what it is so you can learn it for future reference... or ignore it in the future if you decide it's a dogshit tree or bush.
TL;DR
Click all the things. Read all the things in the client. Read the last bit for a laugh.
