Sorry, have no idea what's wrong - this is base client feature and I never tried adding custom sounds, so I don't know exacly how that works.ErdTod wrote:How do I add custom sound alerts?
It asks me for some strange pcm format, but once I convert mp3 to it client still tells it has no RIFF headers which I (and seemingly Google) have no idea what to do with, at least easily... Soo, how do I add my custom sound alerts?
Are you playing in fullscreen? Most people I know play in windowed mode and expand window to fill screen - that way you have access to both close and minimize buttons.Dixie wrote:Just decided to switch to beta client to help test latest features. Figured I might as well mention a minor annoyance Ive had for who knows how long but never mentioned before. Would like an [x] or something on the login screen UI to easily close the client without having to do alt-tab or having to ctrl-alt-del to open task manager to kill process. Got so used to doing that I forgot to say anything about it. Odd that no one else has complained of it, maybe I'm missing something?![]()
edit: also a [-] for minimize please
edit2: is there a separate thread for using ender client through steam? I tried it through steam and it was playable except for not having any of my key bindings memorized and the extra key shortcut bar on side was missing altogether. So I switched back to loading from client the old way instead of through steam.
edit3: client i have is version 06.11.2024 14:19

It works with .wav files, not .mp3

Oh, wow! Thank you! Yeah, WAV files work!
