Any fix for the relentless crashes or should I once and for all switch to Amber?

I'm sure Ender has telepathy and knows exactly why you're crashing without posting a crash log smh

I'm just thankful that this client actually runs properly on my computer, where Amber's and Purus' client runs like complete garbage.

Be helpful, and of its so frustrating, post the crash log. Complaining about random crashing does nothing.

The log may show a problem with memory, but the game runs smoothly on my computer, provided I don't frequent very crowded places.
I must mention, sometimes the game just close itself instead of crashing.
Often, when moving from a map to another (house, mine, outside etc...) I cannot move anymore.
Sometimes the textures also get all mixed up, a harbinger of the upcoming crash.

Thank you for taking the time to address my problem.

Are you using intel gpu? their drivers are known to cause problems with this game, especially on 32 bit java.

Then this is really strange. Have you tried default client? Does it crash like that? Because the only time I saw similar crashes is when using 32-bit java on 64bit windows with intel gpus. And this problem exists in default client too. Are you using 64bit java?

Hey Ender, I may have asked this before, but is there any way at all to introduce a camera that's essentially a follow cam, but when you zoom out; instead of going to like an overhead view, to come out like the Ortho cam does?

Ortho tends to give me a headache when I stare at it for too long, follow cam doesn't zoom out far enough to have a good view, and bad cam just goes all over the place when I try to use it that way. Follow cam is my favorite, but I can't stand the way it zooms out and above like it does. I would incredibly appreciate any support on this issue, and I'm sure more than just me would love it!
