Ortho tends to give me a headache when I stare at it for too long, follow cam doesn't zoom out far enough to have a good view, and bad cam just goes all over the place when I try to use it that way. Follow cam is my favorite, but I can't stand the way it zooms out and above like it does. I would incredibly appreciate any support on this issue, and I'm sure more than just me would love it!

Switching to ortho mode mid zoom would look really weird and annoying. But it should be relatively easy to increase zoom of follow cam, or change its behavior while zooming.

Yeah that's a better way of explaining it, I was suggesting only adjusting the behavior of Follow cam, so that instead of zooming out and rotating above, it merely only zooms straight out a ways. so that it would be easier to see farther, so then you have the ability to control the spin, but that way it will not snap like ortho mode does. current follow cam is just so damn annoying because your view distance is incredibly limited.

Updated client with changes from loftar.

Also updated beta client. Added Craft DB window. By default is opened with ALT+X, but you can change it in the Options->Shortcuts. It contains all available crafting recipes wit item stats.

You can serch this list by typing name of item or search query. Format is described in help window that can be shown by pressing ? buton in the upper-right corner.

Same filtering can be applied in quick craft list (ALT+C by default)

Currently only a few items have their data stored. But you can populate db yourself. Open page for item and click with crafted item on the page and it will parse item data. I'm working on parsing more data types, specifically - gilding. And I think that wear for armor is parsed not correctly - need to investigate and fix.

Is there a way you can add the ability to see the soft cap like amber has?

Updated beta client. Now CraftDB supports gilding items and gilding slots. Also armor durability is calculated properly. Also added support for filtering/searching by item attribute bonuses.
To properly release this feature I mostly need to fill item database. So if you want to help - find items that have no info in CraftDB and drop on its page crafted item. It will be stored in th item_data directory. Then archive that directory and send it to me.

Updated client with latest changes from loftar. Unfortunately, due to conflicts radar and undocked minimap are not working right now.
