edit: Also no problem with amber client. Tried clearing %appdata%\roaming\Haven and Hearth\data and still getting the error.

Found the problem by searching earlier in the thread, I had to delete hafen-res.jar and redownload by running updater-hafen.

Previously in world 9 I brached and added minor tweaks to improve QOL but this time around I just don't have the time to keep things updated so I'll just pop them in here as requests for if you're ever in the mood :)

Free camera rotation as an option, it's amazingly frustrating to be limited to the 4 set angles and I actually swap client to do things that need it like building a road.
Option for flower menu opening/closing speed, I much prefer instant rather than the 0.25/0.75s delays.
Option to remove the giant time of day display graphic and just have a nice subtle text display instead.
Option to always show long tool tips rather than having to see the short one for 1s first.

I dont seem to have this folder.
so it's saving somewhere else.

edit: think I found it in my appdata. but not sure.
C:\Users\maze\AppData\Roaming\Haven and Hearth\data

And now Im not really sure how to go about opening such a file.

Have you selected to save maps in the client? It should create the maps folder for you at that point. (It's off by default) The appData folder is the defeault client map data location.

no didn't select this option. not home atm to check for it.
if I select this option what will happen to my old maps.

I plan to make my maps public. it's about 8GB of maps already lol.
so I don't want to lose work on em'

Client will create map folder in client folder and start to save maps there.
