Try this (general tech tip): open your task manager for your operating system and see if there are any instances of Java still running. Force close them if need be, and try again. If it's something more, shubla will probably need to give more advice than that.

My map were entirely wiped after one day of play
Just closed client, took a break, and when I logged in again my map were entirely deleted, with all markers and local resources
Is that reproduceable by someone else?
Win 10, Java 8

Oh I just copied bunch of properties from default client launcher without paying too much attention. Will change. (even though you probably could filter them by client type if that information is sent?)
