Trying to switch from Amber for W13 start. Need help finding several functions if they even exist:

1) Hiding tree models.
2) Moving with item in hand by left click (as opposed to Ctrl-LClick).
3) Most importantly --- display the name of resource under cursor, e.g.: hover over ground tile to display biome, hover over cave tile to display mineral type, hover over boulder to display stone type, hover over trees / bushes to display name.

Also, probably slightly off topic, but is there a list somewhere, describing features and shortcuts for Ender and/or Vanilla? Kind of like there was one for Amber in the first post in the thread? I know Loftar implemented a bunch of QoL enhancements in the past 6 months (that are likely to be in both clients, since Ender is regularly merged) -- is there a list?

1. There's no way to hide trees at the moment
2. IIRC pressing CTRL+H will hide item on cursor and will allow to move with it
3. There was similar feature where tile name/biome was shown on minimap when hovering mouse over it. But it currently is broken. I'll add this to TO-DO list

There's a list of shortcuts in Options->Shortcut settings and you can poke at various settings in options, plus there's eXtended menu in menu grid. That should cover most if not all features. You can also try reading changelog.

Is there a link to the planned To-Do list to avoid repetitive requests for things already on the list?

I'm missing my craft-search option.

Alt+C (and the related Alt+A, Alt+B and Alt-X).
If you unbind or change the tile center toggle keybind, then you can use the default client's Ctrl+Z search menu as well.

Why don't you just add an option to disable all dropping without the use of the ctrl key? That eliminates the necessity of pressing ctrl-h when holding an item. I appreciated that feature in Amber.

There is already an alternative (well kinda), default client feature, for that. CTRL+RMC(short sustained click).

That's good to know, but that speaks to the problem I have with a lot of these design decisions. Why the extra clicks? Maybe I'm an oddity here, but I don't ever want to drop an item by picking it up with my cursor and dropping it outside my inventory. What I do want to do regularly is walk with something in my hand, such as a torch, rope, etc. Due to the clicky nature of movement, it makes far more sense to be able to just shut off dropping stuff that way, ever. Especially considering the cramped nature of the interface, where one can accidentally snag an item in a belt or bag and drop it on the ground while trying to cross a tile. If I want to drop something, I'll happily use ctrl. Otherwise, I'd prefer to minimize the mouse clicks.

Sounds kinda subjective, but with a little rewrite it probably could be made to sound a lot more objective (and shorter).

1) Remember the Ender client has no Be-all and end-all client history. (which is probably also why its currently the only 'render' ready custom client)
2) Although Ender keeps updating his client to keep it up-to-date with the current default client, adding new features it a completely different ballpark.

The Ctrl+Z I can get to work with unbending...

The others, while I can pull them up and search in them, I can't seem to use them. I double-click, shift-click, ctrl-click, alt-click, etc... But no crafting menu/building ghost show up. Is there something I'm missing?

Yeah, I'm not sure why double-click doesn't work here, but pressing Enter should still work.
