Discord widgets for Haven Server Status

Hello!
I'm looking for a way to automatically post on my discord server the server status for Haven.
Anyone has a clue on how to do that?

Discord has webhooks which allows you to send messages by very simple post-requests. You can make a script in some good scripting language such as python that checks server status from somewhere and sends the message through the webhook.

Sounds great, but I don't know how to do that :( Any chance someone knows to or already has one made?
