new item, smithing gloves and smiths apron
both will raise your smithing by a set amount, im not sure of the maths of it but how does q10gloves give 2, q 20 give 4 q 60 give 12 <final q/5=amount of buff points
the same rule applies for apron.
the req is leather working, must have discovered hidestrap, leather, hardened leather, wool
gloves req: wool x2, leather x4, hardened leather x2
apron req: wool x6, leather x12, hardened leather x6
