Replace Chief

My chief and LS have been AWOL (absent without leave) for 3, and 2 weeks respectively.

I think there should be a feature to replace them when they haven't logged on in a certain amount of time, I think 5-10 days is plenty. If either knows they are going to be away for that long then they can tell people that they will be back.

P. Sure that under 50k Auth, you can freely take LS if you're a villager.

You shoulda kept chief or once one was gone the other shoulda fucked off and done the 'active' method of getting LS.

Well if they can't be bothered to log in once a week I doubt they'll mind that someone has taken over. Besides, wouldn't a mutiny be people killing the chief and taking over the old fashioned way?

i think its a 75k point drop per villager, so if you have a small village with lots of people it might empty out right away xD
tho if you have either lawspeaker or chief you can invite/leave the village to drop auth to 0 right away
