When it comes to real estate, there are three important things to remember:

location,
location,
location.

After being murdered the first time, I'd probably have packed up as much as I could and started hoofing it for a quieter part of the woods. As I tell everyone else, failure to read sets one up ultimately for failure. There's been more than enough happenings for someone that wants to relocate to find somewhere else quieter to play.
